Carlisle I-40 Site
Carlisle is one of only 16 communities in Arkansas that has successfully met the 50 criteria necessary to achieve certification as a Select Site. The certification criteria include completion of a Phase I Environmental Study, Geotechnical Studies, clearance letters and infrastructure mapping.
